Hebi has a good foundation to develop auto parts industry. There are over 150 auto parts factories such as Tianhai Group, No.4 Radio Factory. The auto parts produced here include auto moulds, connectors, harnesses, magnesium alloy auto parts, etc. Tianhai Group is China's largest maufacuring and researching base of auto connectors, its products market share is over 80%. On the bases of development of auto pars and assembling of special purpose vehicles, Hebi will focus on the development of electric vehicles and introduce new production lines of brake drums, hubs, wheel ribs, cylinders, brakes, auto black boxes, etc.. The future plan is to cultivate industrial clusters and build auto parts manufaturing center.
